Hi, my name is Charlene Parker,and Iam a cancer patient,and I work part time at a goodwill store.What Iam writing to you about is the fact that I need help in paying my bills,as I don't make enough to keep my utilities paid,and as a matter of fact,my gas is off now,and has been that way for about a month,and my electric is now $268 dollars.Please if you can help
